Tenmen Solutions, founded in 2019, is a dynamic and passionate team of young professionals dedicated to leveraging ICT and research solutions to transform communities, companies, and institutions. From the very beginning, our mission has gone beyond financial gain—we exist to empower organizations and support small businesses in achieving their goals, while contributing to the broader development of society.
Our journey started with providing guidance and services to small enterprises, which gave us valuable hands-on experience in addressing diverse challenges. Over time, we expanded our expertise and began working with established research organizations, which strengthened our capabilities and solidified our reputation as a trusted research consultancy.
In recognition of our growing footprint, we formally registered Tenmen Solutions in South Africa in 2025, a strategic step that enhanced our reach across the SADC region. Today, we proudly serve clients in Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and beyond, offering region-wide support to governments, NGOs, private companies, and academic institutions

Phineas Farai Hamandishe

Research Consultant

A Business Analyst/Research Consultant with 5+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, and digital transformation. At Tenmen Solutions, he designs and deliver business training programs, facilitate workshops, and leverage customer insights to improve processes and drive growth. Previously, he served as ICT and Marketing Manager at CTH Security Systems Pvt Ltd, where he implemented automated systems, boosted revenue, and enhanced digital engagement. With a BSc in Information Systems and studying towards his MBA, he is also a certified Scrum Master and active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is passionate about using Agile methods, design thinking, and data visualization to solve business challenges, build team capacity, and support organizational success.

Gilbert Mazunga

Research Consultant

Gilbert Mazunga is a passionate and dedicated IT professional with a strong background in teaching, research, and technology. He has worked with reputable organizations such as Concern Worldwide, the South African Bureau of Standards, and the Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, gaining valuable experience in ICT systems, governance, and applied technology solutions. Currently, Gilbert serves as an IT Lecturer at the Durban University of Technology (DUT), where he combines academic teaching with practical industry expertise to equip students with relevant digital skills. His academic qualifications include a BSc in Information Systems, an MSc in Information Systems Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics, alongside professional certifications in cybersecurity, networking, and data analysis. Driven by a commitment to bridging the digital divide and strengthening cybersecurity resilience, Gilbert continues to contribute to both academia and industry through teaching, research, and collaborative projects across Southern Africa.

Blessing Mashingaidze

Research Consultant

Blessing Mashingaidze is a Research Consultant with over five years of experience spanning project implementation, education management, sports management, IT security, and technical operations. With a solid foundation in both management and technology, he has successfully led and supported projects that integrate research-driven insights with practical solutions to improve organizational performance and community outcomes. Blessing holds a BSc in Information Systems, equipping him with strong analytical, digital, and problem-solving skills that complement his professional expertise. His career highlights include overseeing education and training programs, managing sports initiatives, and addressing complex IT security and management challenges. He is skilled at translating research findings into actionable strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and sustainably. Recognized as a versatile and adaptive professional, Blessing brings a unique blend of technical proficiency, managerial capability, and research expertise, making him a valuable contributor to initiatives that require both strategic oversight and operational execution.
